Design Team Field Trip: Mckinley Hill

I’m featured on the Foster’s Creative Blog! Check it out!

The FC Design Team hit the rainy wet streets of Mckinley Hill to check out the murals!

But first lunch: Dusty’s Hideaway was the stop of choice - followed by a walk around the hill to check out the murals. Mckinley is full of great art by local talented artists.

The team made a long stop at FC’s very own Curtis Ashby’s newest mural on the side of Parky’s Pizza Bar.

The team wrapped up the walk with some delicious Lavender Mocha’s from Lux Coffee which was also full of art!

Murals:

Welcome To Mckinley Hill - Bob Henry

Respect, Peace, Courage, Love - Devona

McKinley Hill - Curtis Ashby

Graffiti -

Tacoma is Home - Joseph Brooks & Ricky Loves Painting

If It Hits the Ground it Hits the Sound Stencils - check out the film fest (win some money!) by City of Tacoma.

Sidewalk/Stormdrain mural - Saiyare Refaei

As always send us an email if you can fill us in on the missing artists!
